Shocking Devices
They are the devices that help to lower the core temperature of the product in the cold room in a short time without spoiling the product and without losing its freshness. This process is also called shocking. Compressors used in shock devices are used with double-stage semi-hermetic and screw compressors.
The most important issue in shock units is the routers. The evaporator blows the air directly onto the diverter used, not directly on the product. Doing this process helps to preserve the freshness of the product.
Shocking Devices comply with European Union (CE) norms and are manufactured with CE certificate. They are suitable for hot gas or electric defrosting equipment. 2mm according to device size. 4mm from the thickness. Electrostatic paint and maintenance is done on galvanized sheet up to the thickness. It provides easy installation and maintenance.
