Monorail Cold Room Doors
These are cold room and warehouse doors that are produced by injecting 42 (±2) kg/m3 polyurethane into it by using completely metal-based and isolated PVC-composite hygienic materials, allowing heavy-volume meat and food products to be slid through the cold room doors with a rail system.
It is 92mm in normal cold storages and 120mm in frozen storages. Both sides of the standard manufacturing wing are PVC sheet.
Optionally, it can be polyester painted sheet and CrNi. In normal storage rooms, there is a single row of special rubber seals surrounding the door leaf. There is a resistance that can be changed very easily when necessary in the case of the frozen storage room doors. The outer case is made of special PVC, the inner case is aluminum.
