– With the use of cold storage doors, air leakage in the warehouse is reduced to the lowest level.
– Weight loss, darkening, wrinkling or deterioration of the product should be prevented by ensuring humidity control in cold storage. Humidity is adjusted according to the type of product.
– The cold room shelves used in the cold storages prevent the products from affecting the climate values.
– Industrial cooling devices are used to ensure that the cold air inside the cold room spreads evenly to the entire area.
– The arrangement of the products in the cold rooms should be arranged in a position that does not prevent the air flow.

The products in the cold storage have a cooling process between 15 degrees and -40 degrees, which varies according to each product. At the same time, cold storages vary according to this temperature range;
– Cool Storage: Between 8 °C – 15 °C,
– Cold Storage: Between 2 °C – 8 °C,
– Refrigerator Storage: In the range of -4 °C to 2 °C,
– Frozen Storage: Between 0 °C and – 25 °C,
– Freezing: Preservation is provided between – 25°C and – 40°C.
Storage process is provided by adjusting the temperature values of each product to be stored in cold storage. For example, since food products are hygroscopic products, they can exchange moisture in the warehouse. To prevent this, industrial humidification devices should be used in the cold storage.
