FLIP – FLAP Cold Room Doors
Flip – Flap Doors Panel and wall-mountable double-winged doors that can be opened 180 degrees in both directions and can stay open when necessary, 40 mm wing thickness, polyurethane filled, with or without windows, used in service transitions, operation transitions.
Flip flap doors are made of aluminum profile, which is formed by injecting 40+ -2 density polyurethane between two plate sheets (polyester, PVC, plastisol, CrNi).
Window can be placed on the wings optionally. Panel and wall mounting can be done.
Technicial Specifications;
The door leaf thickness is 40 mm and the door frame is anodized aluminum. It is produced in the desired color from stainless steel, PVC or PPGI material. The hinges of our doors, which are produced with and without glass, are double-sided and open to both sides. Our special sealed doors minimize heat losses during space transitions. It has a polyethylene arm and a Stainless Steel kick plate against impacts. It is produced as single wing or double wing according to the project.
