Shock Devices
These devices help quickly reduce the core temperature of the product in the cold room where they operate, without spoiling the product or losing its freshness. This process is called freezing. The compressors used in these freezing devices are dual-stage semi-hermetic and screw compressors.
The most important aspect of blast units is the diverter. The evaporator blows air through the diverter, not directly onto the product. This helps preserve the freshness of the product.
Shock Devices They comply with European Union (CE) standards and are manufactured with CE certification. They are suitable for hot gas or electric defrost systems. Depending on the device size, electrostatic paint and maintenance are applied to galvanized sheet metal ranging from 2 mm to 4 mm thick. They provide easy installation and maintenance.
